Break-Down Hours:
Friday, June 2nd - 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM
*Exhibitors can NOT breakdown prior to 5 PM, doing so will result in a $250 fine*
What is included with your booth?
Each 10x10 booth includes:
• 8’ high black back drape
• 3' high side dividers
• Standard booth carpet (The exhibit hall floor is fully carpeted)
• One skirted table
• 2 side chairs
• 1 Wastebasket

• 24-hour roaming security
• Unlimited client invitation discount passes to attend the exhibition and 10 All-Access booth staff badges

Order power outlets/electricity for your booth

Order internet/wifi for your booth
The Hilton Orlando's Internet Partner, Expo Digital will be providing internet and wifi services for our conference. While internet is complimentary for hotel guests in room, internet will not be available in the Conference and Expo area.
If you require internet services for your exhibition booth, you may place your order by submitting an Internet Order Form. (Attached)

Our host hotel, Hilton Orlando Hotel has offered Exhibitors and Expo Guests a limited-time Special Rate. It is easy to book your stay through the hotel’s discounted online portal located on our website and also available HERE. Special Discounted Room Rate Ends May 1, 2023
Register you and your booth staff for Expo passes
All exhibitors and booth staff must be pre-registered. Names, email, and phone numbers of each booth staff personnel must be submitted by May 15. Failure to do so will result in a badge without a name and you will not have access to badge lead generation.

You may begin completing this form and return to the form to make changes or updates to your list at a later date.
Share your unique discount codes with Guests & Clients

Plan exhibition shipping/booth logistics
It is recommended to ship all exhibit materials through our Tradeshow Partner Willwork to an advance warehouse. Shipping to the warehouse will ensure that materials are in the booth space for exhibit set up.
